Welcome to Elevation Chiropractic
Founded by Dr. Jakob Slater, a life long Clarksville resident, Elevation Chiropractic is a principled and neurologically-based, family-centered chiropractic and wellness office located in beautiful Clarksville, Tennessee.
Our office is located in the Clarksville, TN Madison Street corridor, possesses state-of-the-art chiropractic equipment and is conveniently within walking distance from the intersection of Madison Street and Memorial Drive; we are just two doors down from the popular Tropical Smoothie and less than a quarter mile from Barksdale Elementary.
Dr. Slater utilizes multiple chiropractic techniques in a clean, safe and professional environment and our professional team takes extra care to make sure your visit is a comfortable and informative one. Our primary goal is to take the time to educate how chiropractic can be helpful for you and your family while executing a treatment plan that is effective and meets your wellness expectations.
Familiar Chiropractic Treatment includes hands-on Palmer techniques, gentle drop-style techniques and Activator Instrument adjusting for infants, seniors, and select practice members.
We offer same-day appointments and walk-ins. We are in network with multiple insurance providers to include: Blue Cross Blue Shield, AETNA, United Health Care, Medicare, and Veterans Administration.
